As our pieces are made to order and custom to specific measurements, we do not accept returns on most items. However, if an item fits incorrectly, it can be sent back to be adjusted or altered. BP is truly appreciative of every order and wants each customer to feel beautiful in and excited about their purchase.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns due to late delivery or stolen/missing packages, if you do not receive your item we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Sample Sale items are discounted and also final sale.
If the issue is due to sizing and you would like to return your item and have it adjusted, please email email@example.com explaining the situation and the corrections to be made within 14 days of delivery. Send the item to the return address on your shipping label, we will make the correct adjustments, and ship the item back to you.
If there is a fault with your item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a description of the issue with 14 days of delivery. We will send you a replacement piece or new item when possible. If an item was 'one of one' availability or limited stock and a replacement is not available, you will be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund, send the item back to the return address on your shipping label and we will process your refund within 2 days of receiving the item. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.
